Urban Decay Naked HEAT Palette review

Hi Guys

Hope you're all okay? πŸ™ˆ

So today for you I finally have the Naked heat palette review for you! I was lucky enough to get given this for my birthday off my boyfriend as weeks of dropping hints πŸ™ˆ

These eye-shadows are absolutely gorgeous colours and great quality as well.

I already own naked 3 and Basics 2 so it's safe to say I'm a huge fan of UD's eyeshadows! When UD first announced this I knew I would have to buy it. The colours looked stunning and I knew they would work perfectly with my blue eyes and brown hair. I must have spent hours lusting over swatches of this online before it finally arrived in the UK πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

Finally I got my hands on it- love at first sight. It was even more beautiful than I'd expected and the quality was just as good as other UD shadows. There was minimal fall-out from the brush and it blended beautifully. The colours really did enhance my green eyes. I think the colours would suit most complexions though. πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

I never used to wear colours this dark, but my go-to shades, like Dirty Talk and Scorched, don't look too loud or trashy. I get a lot of use out of all the colours- asides maybe Low Blow (doesn't suit me) and Ashes (too dark) Usually, when I buy a new palette I'll use it and only it for a week or so and then start rotating other palettes back in.

Only downsides to this palette is the lack of variety. I know that this palette has a definite 'theme', but shades like He Devil, Dirty Talk, Scorched and even Lumbre are almost identical. I will almost always use a gold or platinum shade from another palette with this. The addition of those shades would have made this palette even better.

I love this palette and I literally use it all the time! I hope they bring out more palates at this quality!

Have you tried this palette? Did you like it? πŸ™ˆ

New Rimmel London Breathable Lasting Finish Foundation Review πŸ’„

Hi guys!

Hope you're all okay?

Now I am back from holiday *cries* and I'm ready for christmas.. yes I have already started christmas shopping and I am loving it! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Today I have a review for you, and I have had a few people ask me for a review on this! Now I am a lover of Rimmel London and I always have been! My first makeup items was from Rimmel back
when I was about 13 😱

They have brought out a new version of the lasting finish foundation. Now I have used the lasting finish foundation before but I will be honest that I was not keen on it as it did not have enough coverage for my liking. When I saw they had brought out a breathable version I thought I would try it out!
I brought this when I was in the airport because it was on offer for £5 so I couldn't not turn it down and I was running low on foundation so really it was a win win!
I tried this on the first day of holiday and I was really surprised! The coverage was so much better than the original lasting finish foundation which I was very happy about! πŸ˜ƒ I am very pale as many of you many know from previous posts so I managed to get the shade 'Light Porcelain' which is a very good colour for me.. It is however more pink toned and my skin is more yellow toned but after I have bronzed up you can't really tell the difference! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

It is 100% breathable! It is so light on your skin you can no even feel it on your skin! I am very impressed with this foundation! It blends like a dream tooπŸ˜…

Have any of you tried this out yet? If you have.. what do you think? πŸ’„

Soap and Glory eyeshadow palette review πŸ™ˆ

                                                                          Hi guys!

                                                                Hope you're all okay?πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

I received the Soap and Glory 'The Perfect Ten' eyeshadow palette last christmas off my mum.. and I love it! This is a limited addition palette which is great, although I would repurcase again if they brought it out next christmas as the colour are amazing! πŸ’πŸ½

It comes with 10 shades, most of them are shimmery shade, but there is a few mattes in there as well. All of the shades are very creamy and do blend very well! The colour pay off in this palette is amazing, one swipe of 'Moon Mist' which is the lightest shade in the palette and you have a define white shadow its great!

This also means they are going to last a lot longer! You can't go wrong! I've done some research into this palette and it retailed for £16 at christmas time, as I said it limited addition so you might not be able to get your hands on it now, BUT Soap and Glory have brought out another one this year although  you might be able to purchase this exact one on eBay or Amazon but it  might be more expensive, But for the price I was surprised at how big it was, it is very slim and compact which is great if you want to take it out and about, it would easily fit into a small bag!✈️

It also has a magnetised lid which mean it wouldn't flap open, which mean the shades are less likely to get damaged if you take it out travelling. Another bonus is that it comes with a mirror which is big enough to do your eyeshadow in. There is a little double ended brush which you can see in the photo above, its useable but not as good as the ones in the Urban Decay palette but for half the price I wouldn't expect an amazing brush.

I am currently away and I have brought this palette away with me πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Cheapest Drugstore Contour Kit?. πŸ’πŸ½ blogtober day 24 πŸƒ

Hi Guys!

Hope you're all okay?πŸ™‚

I have another requested view for you all today! ⬇️

So today after weeks of attempting not to spend any money on more make up I couldn't hold off any longer! A lunch date with one of my friends turned into a make up shopping trip. First off I took a trip into Superdrug which was where most of damage was made! I picked up the Collection Contour kit Highlight and Sculpt. πŸ’πŸ½

Ive wanted to try this for ages, but every time I went to buy it… it was sold out! I had a quick swatch whilst me and my friend was waiting for out lunch and was very impressed.  The highlight shade is pale, which is great for my skin as I'm very pale, and it is very pretty! Im a massive fan of the strong highlighter look at the moment! Its a silvery pinky shade therefore it is very wearable on my skin and it will suit many different skin tones!

The Sculpt or contour colour is also very light which again is fab, it leans towards the cooler side of neutral, I did find that as it blends out the shade does get slightly warmer, which really doesn't bother me!It does only come in one shade, but I think if the sales goes well I think they would bring out a couple of other shades! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ
I really really like the fact that both the contour and highlight shades are very creamy! No wonder I've spent so long trying to get hold of one! I do believe this is the cheapest (or one of) contour kits in the drugstores.😱
 For the price I was surprised at the size, I mean the size is great! Its small enough to fit in your make up or in your purse but big enough to get loads of product out of it! It holds 10G which for the price is amazing! You can purchase this product from either Superdrug or the Collection website;

£3 highlighter? πŸ˜…Blogtober day 23 🌸

Hi guys

Hope you're all okay?

Everyone loves highlight right?😱

Make Up Revolution have brought out two vivid baked highlighters, Golden Lights and Peach Lights. When I went on my shopping spree the other day, I brought Golden lights.

I have the blush palette which has two highlighters in and I use one of them to create my highlight looks and I love it! Golden lights is amazing, you don't need to scrape into the product to get the colour pay off you simply brush your fingers or brush across it and you get amazing pigmentationπŸ™ŒπŸΌ
It also blends so well, you barely have to rub it onto your skin.

A lot of youtubers and bloggers have all said that this is a dupe for NARS Albatross, I don't own one so therefore I can not compare them myself  as a dupe but I have warn this today and I put a little bit on the tops of my checks around 11 o'clock this morning and it hasn't budge all day, and I have ridden my horse and everything! If that doesn't say it is a good highlight I don't know what will πŸ™„

Now this is some sort of amazing highlighter! This highlighter only cost me £3.. yes you read that right.. £3!! Make Up Revolution have amazing products for such good prices, this highlight could easily pass as a high end one, I will be repurchasing this, although I don't think I'm going to run out any time soon, there is loads of product in the pan. You can purchase this amazing highlighter from Boots, Superdrug or off the Make Up Revolution website. I am going to try and get my hands on the other shades if I can but they are mostly sold out πŸ™ƒ

Building a makeup collection on a budget πŸ™ˆBlogtober day 22 😱

Hi guys!

Hope you're all okay?

I get so many questions off friends or other bloggers how I built my make up collection over time. Well I  started to collect makeup about 2 years ago now, I always had the basic makeup like foundation and mascara but nothing compared to what I own now.😱

I started buying bits and pieces and that kinda escalated over time, I started off buying drugstore make up, I love drugstore make up! You can get some amazing dupes for high end make up in the drugstore! Sometimes I have found the some of my drugstore items have actually been better than some of my high end items πŸ˜ƒ

Mac is my downfall! I have 9 Mac lipsticks and considering I've only been collecting them for about 6 months I think thats pretty good going! πŸ‚I had a Mac voucher for my birthday and brought three lipsticks and then it got a little bit of an obsession πŸ˜‚

I tend to buy little bits of make up every time I go to shopping  .. you don't have buy make up all in one go, because that when it becomes expensive, all the make up I have I  have brought over time and not in one go. I do collect a lot of foundation.... I'm not sure why,..I just do and I can't help it! The main foundation I use is NARS All day luminous, It is the best foundation I have used which suits my skin tone, Its great... although it is very expensive, I paid £32 for one bottle, and being student I can't afford that so I have also been using the Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation which i found to be a great dupe for the NARS foundation, and for nearly 1/3 of the price its a great deal!

My best advice to anyone who wants to build a makeup collection on a budget is 100% to buy little bit and pieces as you go along and it will soon add up!

Have you got any tips?

Urban Decay Naked HEAT Palette review

Hi Guys Hope you're all okay? πŸ™ˆ So today for you I finally have the Naked heat  palette review for you! I was lucky enough to...
